During November me and two friends met up and travelled up to Snowdonia for a weekend of hill walking. The forecast had been for heavy rain throughout (pretty common for Snowdonia!), but come Saturday morning we were awoken to a glorious blanket of snow.
As we ate our full Welsh breakfast in the cafe, we watched the snow still coming down at an alarming rate. This called for an agile replan for the day away from the perilous ascent of Tryfan (GW/NW-006) and on to something a bit more suitable in the ice and snow. Snowdon (GW/NW-001) was the decided target and happens to be the highest mountain in Wales (and England too for that matter). Here’s how the day went:
Nice one!
One day I must have a go at mobile stuff like this. Fun to read/watch. Thanks for sharing
